These Terms of Use, here in after referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or Terms" or "Agreement," along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website, hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Website" or "We or "Lessor," as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User" or "Your" or "Buyer" or "Customer" or "Lessee"
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.Items may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order. Personalized items are made to order and hence cannot be returned. If you decide to cancel or modify your order, pls do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
Shipping and Delivery
The Lessee or their authorized representative must be present during delivery, inspection, and signing of the Agreement.
The Lessor will deliver Article(s) to only ground floor; any delivery to upper floors will incur additional labor charges borne by the Lessee.
If the Lessee opts for customised furnishing of amount below ₹1999/- monthly rent, Lessee will be responsible for carriage charges subjected to market rates.
Privacy Policy
The owners and operators of this website take the protection of your data very seriously. We treat your data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Besides, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Lock-In Period
Lessee is obligated to abide by the lock-in period.
The lock-in period for the leased Article(s) is 6 (six) months in total.
Early termination before the lock-in period will result in consequences as outlined in Early Termination Clause
Early Termination Clause
Both parties have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if any terms are violated.
Termination necessitates the Lessee's presence for an inspection of the leased Article(s).
If the Lessee initiates an early termination of this Agreement, the following sub-clauses must be adhered to by the Lessee.
A. Within Lock in Period
A notice period of 30 days is mandatory for termination.
In cases of immediate termination one month security deposit shall be forfeited.
Cartage and carriage charges shall be borne by the Lessee (which includes charges from correspondence address to inventory of Monkhood Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) where carriage charges will be determined according to market rates.
If the Lessee wishes to return some Article(s) from the packages/combo of furnishings (as offered by Lessor), the carriage charges for the returned Article(s) will be borne by the Lessee and carriage charges will be determined according to market rates. Additionally, the rent for the remaining Article(s) will be applicable as the rent of Article(s) in retail.

If the Lessee wishes to return some Article(s) from the packages/combo of furnishings (as offered by Lessor), the carriage charges for the returned Article(s) will be borne by the Lessee and carriage charges will be determined according to market rates. Additionally, the rent for the remaining Article(s) will be applicable as the rent of Article(s) in retail.
Verification
The Lessee must complete the verification process as required by the Lessor.
Documents needed for verification include: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, College ID or Employee ID-card, Rent agreement for correspondence address, Passport size photograph, and any other specified documents.
Failure to comply with the verification process may invalidate this Agreement.
Use of Property
The Lessee must only use the leased Article(s) for purposes specified in the agreement.
Leased Article(s) are intended solely as asset(s) of Lessor and cannot be used by the Lessee for personal monetary gain.
The Lessee should exercise caution and mindfulness when using the Article(s).
Inspection
Prior to leasing the Article(s) to the Lessee, both the Lessee or their representative and the Lessor must be present in person to inspect and examine the Article(s).
Any faults or defects found in the Article(s) during inspection shall be duly noted in a logbook maintained by the Lessor, signed by both parties to this Agreement.
Throughout the duration of this Agreement, the Lessor reserves the right to send an authorized representative to inspect the leased Article(s) at any time.
Maintenance/Repair
Maintenance or repair of the leased Article(s) during this Agreement must be carried out only by an authorized technician of Monkhood Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Engaging an unauthorized technician for maintenance or repair will be considered a breach of this Agreement's clauses.
It's important for the Lessee to promptly notify the Lessor about any faults or defects in the leased Article(s).
Lessee must promptly inform Lessor for any maintenance needs in leased Article(s).
Upon scheduling a technician visit, Lessee's absence from the correspondence address incurs a ₹199/- penalty per such failed visit.
To avoid penalties, Lessee can reschedule technician visits up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.
Responsibilities
The Lessee is responsible for the proper care and prudent treatment of the leased Article(s), as any reasonable person would.
The leased Article(s) must be maintained in good condition throughout the Lease Term.
At the end of the Lease Term or as required by this Agreement, the Lessee must return the Article(s) to the Lessor in the same condition as they were received.
All members of the Lessee party shall be collectively responsible for:
Rent payments,
Damages caused,
Security deductions,
Other responsibilities outlined in this document.
Failure to Return Property
The Lessor will hold the Lessee liable for the full retail value of the Article(s), in addition to all other payments and charges specified in this Lease Agreement.
At the end of the agreement or tenure, the Lessee must return all auxiliary components, including keys and remotes, to the Lessor. Failure to do so may result in the Lessor demanding the market price for these components.
Failure to return the leased Article(s) as required will result in the Lessor initiating legal action against the Lessee.
Relocation
If the Lessee desires to relocate the leased Article(s) to a location not specified in this Agreement, the cost of relocation must be reimbursed or paid by the Lessee.
Indemnity Clause
The Lessee agrees to indemnify the Lessor against any severe damage, severe wear and tear, severe discoloration, intentional or unintentional destruction caused to the tangible assets provided by the Lessor at the Lessee's request.
Restriction
The Lessee is strictly prohibited from using the Article(s) in any way or for any purpose that could lead to damage to the property, including but not limited to discoloration, excessive wear and tear, or any other similar damages.
The Lessee cannot use the Article(s) for leasing to third parties, whether for monetary gain or any other purposes.
Penalty
The Lessee bears responsibility and liability for any damages to the leased Article(s).
If restrictions are violated, the Lessee must:
Purchase a similar replacement item,
Pay the equivalent amount, or
Repair the damaged item to the Lessor's satisfaction.
Minor Damages
If damages are irreparable, the Lessor can claim full compensation equal to the market price of the damaged item from the Lessee.
Prompt reporting of faults or defects in leased Article(s) is essential to avoid additional charges.
Failure to report issues promptly may result in additional charges, including for minor damages like moisture catch in furniture.
Timely reporting ensures efficient issue resolution and fosters a positive relationship between both parties.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by pertaining laws followed in the State of Delhi.
Jurisdiction
That should there be any initiation of legal proceeding between the undersigned parties the place of jurisdiction for the legal proceedings shall be the judicature of Delhi/NCT/NCR.
Arbitration Clause
Disputes can be resolved through arbitration rather than litigation.
Arbitration involves an arbitrator or panel of arbitrators.
The goal is to settle matters outside of court efficiently.
If arbitration fails, the dispute may be escalated to a court of law for resolution.
